An Organizational KT Strategy

Supporting the development of a Knowledge Transfer and Exchange (KTE) framework for the Heart & Stroke

Using a staged approach, the research team will provide coaching support to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in the development of an evidence-based organizational KTE framework.

It is anticipated that the work will help improve the uptake of the Canadian Stroke Best Practices that are published by the organization and will be used to inform KT strategies in other programs of work within the organization.
